JBL charge 2 charging problem

JBL charge 2 charging problem My JBL charge 2 blinks and shows that its charging but doesnt charge fully even after 5-6 hours and I hear no beep sound or any other sound while playing but phone gets connected via bluetooth. ANSWERS:
