It wont respond at all?

It wont respond at all?

Its plugged in and the breaker has NOT tripped but when I push ANY button it does nothing. It's like its dead HELP

ANSWERS:

We sometimes have to turn off the breaker switch in the basement that powers the washer, and then switching it back on seems to be all that is needed to "wake it up."
