Ice maker not flipping ice freezes up and overflows

Ice maker not flipping ice freezes up and overflows We have a Samsung side by side. The water goes in to the ice tray it freezes and never dumps. It continues to build and eventually starts overflowing into the overspill tray. I have thawed it out and dried out he ice tray. It has done the same thing again. Any ideas on how to make it flip?
