Green Lines in picture

Green Lines in picture I have an older Vizio tv model E3d420vx. Recently the 2 hdmi ports on the back quit working and green vertical lines have shown up in the picture. When on the menu screen or just a black screen it's great but through the side hdmi and cable coaxial connection the lines appear. Any ideas thank you ANSWERS:
