Fitbit functioning (syncing, etc) but no screen display

Fitbit functioning (syncing, etc) but no screen display My Ionic is tracking and syncing but there is no display. After a few days, the screen came on to say zero charge. I plugged it in to charge and once again no screen. Interface to screen screwed up?
