Engine Overheating with the AC On.

Engine Overheating with the AC On. I am starting to see the temp gauge raise up when the AC is turned on or sitting in traffic. I have noticed neither of the radiator or the AC fans are coming on. I am thinking to replace the fuses first and the thermostat and see if any of these work. Any suggestions
