Does the gen1 durango have a Cabin air filter

Does the gen1 durango have a Cabin air filter When I turn the ac/ heat fan on at any range but especially on high I don't seem to get the volume of air I think I should get. My first thought is change the cabin air filter but I can't find one. If not, where might their be a place for a blockage?
