date and time not correct

date and time not correct Flew from Queensland to Sydney and Blaze changed time and date okay, flew back to Queensland 2 weeks later and now the watch is one day and several hours out of sync. Have tried re syncing and suggested remedies but Blaze is still not syncing and cannot find I phone.
