Can't reset iPod or get into Diagnostic Mode
All of the buttons on my clickwheel seem to be working, but I can’t get the iPod to reset by pressing the Menu and Select buttons so I also can’t get into Diagnostic Mode by pressing the Previous and Select buttons. I have tried it a thousand times without success (and many thousands of times on other iPods with total success).
