Brake lights stay on when tail lights turned on

Brake lights stay on when tail lights turned on My brake light stays on when the tail lights are turned on. I have taken. Out the the trailer lights hook up. Don't see any broken or loose connection. The brake lights do not come on when pedal depressed and the tail lights are off. I replaced fuses ( they were blowing and had a buzzing noise. Noise is gone)). Hazards.., blinker and back up lights work.
