99 Tahoe rear air blows hot

99 Tahoe rear air blows hot My 99 Tahoe rear air blows hot. Under the hood I see 2 lines that looks like airconditioner lines but there's nothing hooked up to them. And the front air works good and cold. Anyone have any ideas.
