700r4 2-3 shift problem

700r4 2-3 shift problem got a 700r4 rebuild about a year old. had tv cable set by trans shop. trans has good firm shifts threw the gears under normal or even moderate acceleration. under wide open throttle it shifts from 1-2 fine but as soon as 2nd gear grabs it immediately shifts into 3rd and dogs out your rpm's any ideas?
