@awais21 it depends on how dim dim is. Most likely it is a backlight array issue since LG has a lot of trouble with that on their TV’s. You can try and post some pictures of what your screen shows so we can see what you see. Adding images to an existing question If you cannot or nothing would show since the screen is to dark , I would get a new backlight array and replace it. Bit of a PITA to do it since you have to disassemble the panel, but it is not terribly difficulty. Just get a hand handling the panel once disassembled so that it does not flex on you and crack.
