Why is my nokia 8855 auto restart after every 5 mins when I put sim

hi pls help me to repair my nokia 8855 as it always auto restarts when ever i put a sim inside the phone and it drains all the battery very quickly........pls reply with positive solution i don't want to sell my nokia....
