Torx Screws spinning but not raising up.

Torx Screws spinning but not raising up.

I am trying to remove Torx screws holding Garmin case together. I purchased the T4 screwdriver. I can see the screws spinning, but none of the four screws are raising up out of their slots. Would appreciate additional instruction. Thanks!
