The Road map got wiped out

The Road map got wiped out

I have Magellan Model 2220-LM. I have tried to upgrade the map in process the whole map is removed. Now my is not recognized by my PC. I have life time warranty on map up grade. Is there a way the maps could be restored and if yes, what is the cost?
