Small blue flash when toaster is finished

Small blue flash when toaster is finished

I just bought a 2nd hand toaster, it toasts fine, but there is often a little blue flash as it finishes, or if I press the cancel button. I’m not sure if this is a problem or not, I have had a couple of other devices ( a heater and a kettle) that did the same thing, so is it a problem?
