printing alignment on my WF-7610 is not correct

printing alignment on my WF-7610 is not correct

I believe after I replaced the ink cartridges the time before last the alignment got off and I have gone through the alignment set up procedure several times lately to try to correct but it will not print correctly. it is like it skips lines all the way across the page.
