Paper Jam 1265 dwf message says paper jam inside machine

I have a Dell 1265 dwf printer. It indicates a paper jam inside the machine. I have searched every opening, even removing the bottom and the back, but I am unable to see any paper. It won’t print because of this. I really don’t want to purchase another printer. I am open to suggestions to open it up and getting inside but I do not have a manual.
