Keaurig is not working at all!

Keaurig is not working at all!

I just opened my keurig machine and when i started it it said " need water" I poured some and then it started working BUT when i put the k-cup and closed it the machine turned off and now its not working at all i try to plug it again in another room but its still not working ..
