Ink carriage does not move

Ink carriage does not move

On my Cannon Pixma MG2520 my ink carriage will not move. There is a Fine cartridge in place, black only, and it still won’t move. I have manually moved it to the center after power was off and it sti;; won’t move when power is restored.
