How do I repaint a Stauer Jet-Setter chronograph watch?

How do I repaint a Stauer Jet-Setter chronograph watch? I have a Stauer Jet-Setter chronograph watch, and I scraped some of the paint off the lug of it. Is there any way to repaint it?
