How do I fix loose threads on a Nano-Air Jacket?

How do I fix loose threads on a Nano-Air Jacket? I have a Nano-Air Jacket that has a bunch of loose threads on the front. What is the best way to fix them (leave as is? cut the loose threads? put a patch over them?
