Display screen will only display vertical lines.

Display screen will only display vertical lines.

I have the Infant Optics DXR-8 and recently the display screen has gone to only showing vertical lines. You can tell the monitor is switching between the 2 cameras we have because the lines will change colors, but nothing is visible. Is there a way to fix the display screen?
