Why my oled display turns blue after power on?

Why my oled display turns blue after power on?

When i power on my cam the oled display turns blue, sometimes with horizontal bands and i cant see a y image. The rest of the cam works fine, i can even take pictures, but the problem is that i dont see what picture im takin.
