Why does my fujifilm camera take "off" photos?

Why does my fujifilm camera take "off" photos?

I'm not sure why, even when I have new batteries and new film, my pictures are off. When I take a picture, they come out not centered and are completely off. Some pictures don't even develop fully or at all! Please help :(
