So my PC build is shutting down at random intervels.

So my PC build is shutting down at random intervels.

I've run several different stress tests on the build, and everything seems to indicate a faulty GPU. I'm not overclocking, and everything else seems to be working as intended. I did drop the card once while I was building, that may be related. I also bought it used from eBay. Any suggestions?
