Nikon coolpix s9050 shutter stuck

Nikon coolpix s9050 shutter stuck

Every thing on the camera works even focusing works but on the second press of the shutter it will not fire? Have tried charging the battery\removing battery whilst trying to give shutter on low priorty\vacumning. Around the release button anybody any ideas?
