My Lumix DMC-TZ70 won't switch off. - RESOLVED

I was using it to display photos on the TV by Direct WiFi. The WiFi light is on but not a single button does anything - I have tried them all. The camera is in the display pictures mode and it is displaying picture 421 of 426. I have tried holding down the on/off button for 20 seconds. I have tried connecting it via HDMI to the TV. I have tried charging the battery. Nothing changes.
