Just installed new screen, top 1/3 not working

Just installed new screen, top 1/3 not working

Removed an old screen with a single crack. Installed a new screen and touch sensor and now the top 1/3 of the screen will not display but does work to the touch. What did I do wrong or where do I go from here?
