Ultrafine Raymond mainly consist of the host, blowers, fine analysis machine, finished whirlwind collecting powder, bag filter and connecting duct pipes and other components. According to user needs, it can be equipped with a hoist, storage silos, control cabinet, powder machine, crusher and other auxiliary equipment.
Wollastonite powder milling process:
The milling machine's host motor through reducer, drive shaft and turntable rotation ��and dial edge of the roll pin drive dozens of roller grinding in the grinding ring raceway within the scroll. Wollastonite ore material are broken into small particles by the hammer crusher, then by the elevator brought into the storage silos, and then through the inclined feed tube and vibration feeder, wollastonite particles evenly sent to the upper part of the turntable scattered reel. Wollastonite particles scattered under the action of centrifugal force to circle around and fall into the grinding ring raceway for impacting by ring roller , rolling , grinding. After the processing of three-ring circle, become into the wollastonite powder. High pressure fan inhal outside air into mill through the suction role , and bring the crushed wollastonite powder into powder concentrator.
Rotating impeller within the powder concentrator make the crude wollastonite powder down for regrinding while the powder that meets the requirements flow into the cyclone powder collector together with the airflow , then discharged from the lower part of the discharge valve shall be final ultrafine wollastonite powder, while the airflow with a small amount of fine dust discharged by blower and muffler after the purification of the pulse dust collector.
