On the rare occasion that your item is not available, we will contact you immediately. Returns and Refunds If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome to return the order in the original packaging with labels intact within 30 days for a refund. Please ensure that the item is not damaged with any make up, fragrance or deodorant, and that the garment is pet hair free. Important Notice for UK Customers We offer Free delivery within the UK (rather than charge delivery and offer free returns) as more customers benefit from free delivery than free returns.Therefore returns are payable by the customer. Parcels that are returned without the correct postage paid may be returned to sender by the Royal Mail.
