COMMERCIAL SPACE FOR RENT • The term of this shall be FIVE to EIGHT (5 to 8) years lease contract it’s Depend upon the cost of renovation expenses • LESSEE agrees to pay the rental of Php20,000.00 per month • The LESSEE, upon execution of this lease, may pay an advance rental to ONE (1) months. • A deposit of FIVE (5) months rental is paid upon the signing of the Lease Contract.
