Training Manager

  • Responsibilities:
    • Manages training deliver services to achieve performance goals
    • Implements all training courses as scheduled
    • Supervises employees reporting to her/him to ensure they meet performance standards
    • Creates individual development plans for each employee reporting to him/her
    • Creates new courses as necessary andevaluate existing ones
    • Recommends necessary revisions to existing training courses and possibleareas requiring training courses.
    • Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole.

Job Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • A bachelor's degree holder
    • At least 2 years of working experience as a Product/Language Trainer in a BPO Company
    • Knowledge on different methods of Communications and Product Training
    • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
    • Willing to work on night shift schedule
