Telesales Representative and Customer Service Representative

REQUIREMENTS:

For OUTBOUND:

* Make outbound calls to introduce and sell the company’s products/services to prospective or existing clients (businesses/consumers)
* Responsible for Lead Generation/Sales/Customer Service
* Ensure that quality lead/sale is produced

* Excellent communication (listening and speaking) skills.

* Highly driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.

For INBOUND:

* Responds to and supports customer requests
