The QA Manager: • Quality Assurance Specialists is responsible for managing the call monitoring processes to support a superior customer experience in all business channels. • You will work collaboratively with leadership from different business units to gather feedback, identify requirements and execute established call audit processes. • Monitors and evaluates customer call interactions to assess trends and recommend coaching and training initiatives aligned with key departmental goals and objectives. Requirements • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree • Excellent English communication skills • Must have at least 1 year experience as Quality Assurance Specialist • Computer-literate with at least 40wpm typing skills • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. • Exceptional listening and analytical skills. • Intermediate level of knowledge/expertise with PC hardware and software (Word and Excel). • Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques. • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment. • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
