You will be delegating tasks, monitor the team performance and helps in the training and development of the team agents. You will monitor and keep required service level components, standards and sales targets, develop the team to ensure delivery of a consistently superior customer experience by highly knowledgeable and customer-focused agents. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, any field At least 6 months of working experience in this position Full-time position(s) available Excellent English Communication skills Proficient with MS Office especially Excel and Word Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills Ability to motivate people Responsible attitude Excellent 'people skills' for building relationships with colleagues at all levels Calmness under pressure Decision-making ability Accurate record keeping Apply Now from 8am to 10am & be done before Lunch!
