As
the Digital Analyst, you will work as a member of a cross-functional team to improve
the digital experience for our customers. The primary responsibility of this position
is to assist in creating website and marketing reports to analyze traffic,
sales and drivers. Specifically you’ll be digging into various types and
sources of data to provide insight into actions performed by website visitors
and provide actionable recommendations for improving website and digital
marketing performance. You will monitor and report on team KPI’s and additional
adhoc requests. You will also build dashboards and presentations to share with
the team and key stakeholders.
The
Digital Analyst will be reporting directly to the IDS Global Digital Marketing
Analyst.
Job
Description
- Create, analyze and publish weekly / monthly
performance reports.
- Analyze cross-channel customer data for
global websites and marketing initiatives to identify opportunities for improvement
of the visitor experience. Synthesize data into actionable recommendations
to aid decision making and informed business planning.
- Communicate data findings through engaging
stories that are easy to understand.
- Ensure proper analytics implementation and
reporting accuracy.
- Work closely with agile team to complete
projects based upon specific timelines.
- Stay current on digital marketing and
ecommerce trends, research and evaluate market opportunities and visitor behavior
to increase revenue, leads and visitor satisfaction.
- Perform and analyze testing. Provide outcomes
and recommendations for implementation or additional tests to be performed.
Qualifications
- A college degree in business, match,
statistics, computer science is preferred.
- 3+ years of web analytics experience using
tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Experience with Sitecore, Eloqua, SalesForce,
and/or Endeca Experience Manager a plus.
- Ability to excel in a fast paced complex
business environment.
- Demonstrated attentiveness to detail
- Demonstrated proactive problem-solving and
decision making skills
- Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking
ability.
- Proven team player with the ability to guide
and influence cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Agile Marketing framework is a
plus
