Republic Glass Holdings Corporation Board of Directors and Officers 2012

At the regular annual stockholders meeting of Republic Glass Holdings Corporation held on April 30, 2012, the following resolutions were duly approved:

B.)  Appointment of Sycip Gorrer Velayo & Co., as the Company's external auditor of Republic Glass Holdings Corporationfor the ensuing year.
